Complete your registration here
What happens after I submit the registration form?
We will follow up your registration form with a confirmation email. Shortly after, you will receive an invoice for your camp deposit to secure your spot in the camp. Train in Spain is not responsible for independently booked airline tickets or other travel expenses.

Yes you can! Please contact us with your travel details and we can arrange accommodations and transportation for a day early/later on either side of our camp dates.
What if I cannot stay for the entire camp?
We can pro-rate the days of the camp that you can attend. We have some cyclists who are able to join for 5, 6 or 7 days of the camp, that totally works!

We have a blog post featured on bringing non-cyclists, and all the amazing things the island has to offer!
Do I need to be an experienced cyclist?
Not at all!
One of the things that makes Train in Spain special is the variety of cyclists we welcome.
From experienced riders looking for challenging mountain climbs or to set-up their season for peak performance to recreational cyclists interested in scenic touring, we have levelled groups for everyone.
Our guided riding groups are designed to accommodate different fitness levels, interests, and abilities.

Ideal for enthusiastic recreational and experienced cyclists looking for a balance of rewarding riding, beautiful scenery, and relaxed café stops.
C Group | Ride, Explore & Enjoy (Offered in 10 Day Camp only)

Our electric-bike touring group is perfect for recreational riders, couples, and guests who prefer a leisurely pace.
Enjoy Mallorca's beautiful roads, charming villages, and local treasures with the added assistance of an e-bike.
Can I change riding groups during camp?
Yes!
We understand that some days you may feel like tackling a bigger ride, while on others you might prefer something more relaxed.
Our coaches can help you select the most suitable group each day, based on your experience, fitness, and the planned routes.
Do I have to ride every day?
Absolutely not!
This is your cycling holiday, and we want you to enjoy it.
You're welcome to take a rest day, relax at the resort, explore a local village, or enjoy the beach whenever you like.
Are your cycling groups no-drop rides?
Absolutely! All our riding groups follow a no-drop policy, meaning no one gets left behind. Our coaches ensure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and included throughout each ride. With multiple groups catering to different speeds and abilities, you'll ride alongside cyclists with similar fitness levels while enjoying Mallorca at a pace that works for you. Our goal is simple: great riding, great company, and a fantastic experience for everyone!
Is this a serious training camp or a cycling holiday?
It's the best of both worlds!
Some guests come to build fitness, achieve peak performance and challenge themselves on Mallorca's legendary climbs. Others come for the sunshine, beautiful roads, great food, and wonderful company.
We offer expert coaching and organized rides to meet the needs of our various groups.
Will there be professional coaches?
Yes! Our team includes certified cycling and multi-sport coaches with decades of experience in endurance training, exercise physiology, competitive cycling, and triathlon. Our coaches are here to guide your rides, share their knowledge, and help you make the most of your Mallorca experience. Some people are up for feedback and some just want to enjoy their ride or follow their training regime. We are eager to accommodate your needs.
Can I bring my own bike?
Absolutely! You're welcome to travel with your own bike. Our team can assist with assembly, pre-ride safety inspections, and basic mechanical support.
Please ensure your bicycle is properly packed and protected for air travel.
Can I rent a bicycle in Mallorca?
Yes! We work with local rental providers offering a great selection of quality road bikes, from mid-range models to premium performance bicycles.
Bike rental pricing:
Simply indicate during registration that you'd like to rent a bike. We'll send you a separate email outlining available models, pricing, and rental arrangements.
Can I rent a high-end road bike with premium components?
Absolutely! As a world-class cycling destination, Mallorca offers an incredible selection of mid to high-performance rental bikes, including premium carbon road bikes equipped with electronic shifting (Di2), power meters, and other top-tier components. Simply select “Bike Rental” on your registration form, and we'll send you a menu of available bikes, specifications, and pricing so you can choose your ideal ride!
Can I rent an e-bike?
Yes! Electric bicycles are available through local rental providers, subject to availability.
Please indicate your interest during registration so we can help you explore suitable options.
When should I submit my bike rental request?
We strongly recommend submitting your bike rental request as early as possible! Spring is an incredibly popular cycling season in Mallorca, especially with major events like Mallorca 312 and IRONMAN 70.3 Mallorca attracting cyclists from around the world. From our years of experience, we've found that bike availability and size selection become increasingly limited starting in January. Booking early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred bike and size!
What happens if I have a mechanical issue?
Our coaches can assist with basic mechanical issues and help connect you with local bicycle shops for more extensive repairs.
Mallorca has an excellent cycling infrastructure, including numerous professional bike shops and rental services.
Replacement parts and major repairs are not included in your camp registration.
What should I bring for cycling?
We recommend bringing your usual cycling essentials, including your helmet, shoes, pedals if required, cycling clothing, sunglasses, water bottles, and any personal equipment you prefer. All registered cyclists will receive a suggested packing list through our camp newsletter to help you prepare for your Mallorca adventure!
Mallorca's spring weather is generally excellent for cycling, but temperatures can vary significantly between coastal areas and mountain routes. We recommend packing layers, including a lightweight rain jacket.
Is there an option for triathletes?
For the 10 Day Camp, yes! Our optional multi-sport package allows triathletes to complement their cycling with additional swim and run training.
The package includes opportunities for coached swimming, reserved pool lanes in a 25m outdoor lane pool, running technique sessions, and gait analysis.
Multisport upgrade: $250 CAD per person (Offered in 10 Day Camp only)
Can I extend my stay in Mallorca?
Absolutely!
We offer opportunities to extend your Mallorca experience, including additional accommodation and optional packages associated with major cycling and triathlon events.
Please visit our Camp Packages & Options page for available extensions, details, and pricing.
Is travel insurance required?
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel medical insurance and trip cancellation/interruption insurance.
Your coverage should include unexpected illness or injury, medical emergencies abroad, trip cancellations, travel disruptions, and circumstances beyond your control, including COVID-19-related illness or interruptions where covered by your policy.
We recommend arranging insurance as soon as you register to help protect your investment.
Please submit your travel insurance documentation by March 15, 2027.
What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
We understand that unexpected circumstances sometimes arise.
However, as accommodations, staffing, and services are arranged well in advance, cancellation fees apply to protect the commitments made on behalf of our guests.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
The following fees apply to the total camp registration price.
Cancellation Fee Schedule
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation policy as fair and transparent as possible. For cancellations received on or before November 30, 2026, a $200 CAD per person cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made between December 1 and December 31, 2026, will incur a $400 CAD per person fee. For cancellations received between January 1 and January 31, 2027, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total camp price, increasing to 60% for cancellations made between February 1 and February 15, 2027. Beginning February 16, 2027, all camp payments are non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee applies.
All camp payments become non-refundable beginning February 16, 2027.
Applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from payments received, and any remaining refundable balance will be returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, illness, injury, or unexpected travel disruptions.
What if I register after February 15?
Registrations received on or after February 16, 2027 require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable from the time of registration.
Are there exceptions to the cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy for personal emergencies, illness, injury, weather disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances. This is why we strongly recommend comprehensive trip cancellation insurance.
What happens if I arrive late or leave early?
We understand that not everyone can join us for the full camp, so we're happy to offer flexible registration options in advance! Cyclists are welcome to attend for any number of days, with pricing prorated based on the specific dates selected at registration.
For guests registered for the full camp, refunds or credits cannot be provided for any unused portions of their booked package, including missed accommodations, meals, guided rides, or other included services.
What happens if severe weather or other circumstances disrupt the trip?
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect travel or camp operations. These may include severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Train in Spain is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants as a result of these circumstances, subject to applicable law.
We encourage all participants to ensure their travel insurance provides appropriate coverage and we will assist by providing any documentation requested by your insurer.
What happens if Train in Spain cancels the camp?
While extremely rare, Train in Spain reserves the right to cancel or postpone a camp due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, major travel disruptions, or other events that make it impractical or unsafe to proceed.
Because accommodations and other services are secured well in advance, some payments may already have been committed to our travel partners and suppliers, and many are non-refundable. In these circumstances, our preferred approach is to offer participants a credit toward a future Train in Spain camp, allowing them to retain the value of their booking and join us on another adventure.
If Train in Spain cancels a camp for operational reasons within our control, participants will be offered a refund of their camp registration payments.
Any credits, refunds, or alternative arrangements will be handled fairly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Train in Spain is not responsible for independently booked expenses such as flights, additional accommodations, or rental vehicles. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel cancellation and interruption insurance, along with flexible or refundable travel arrangements whenever possible.
To help you prepare for your Mallorca adventure, please keep these important dates in mind! Final camp payments and passport copies are due February 1, 2027. February 15 is the last day to cancel with a partial refund, with all registrations becoming non-refundable beginning February 16. Camp registration closes February 28, 2027, and all flight itineraries and travel insurance documentation must be submitted by March 15. Our Mallorca Cycling Camp officially begins . We can't wait to welcome you!
